The focus at the beginner level is a clear understanding of basics. Students will begin with how to hold a racket and move towards how to hit a specific shot over the net. They will be given several drills and techniques in order to create a strong foundation for the next levels.

In a nutshell
Students will learn the key to the basics the fun way. This program will be tailored to the children according to age. The focus at this level is to make tennis fun for all ages, where the ball speed, weight, and length of racket will be designed for each age group. We want to equip them with the soundest foundation possible, one that will let them reach their fullest potential should they want to continue to develop as tennis players and athletes.
Students at this level would have established individual goals for achievement. They will be given opportunities to enhance and develop their skills in all areas. They will use the basic skills learned in the previous level and improve their ball placement and accuracy.

Our program will focus on making tennis fun for kids, where the court size, net height, ball speed and weight, length of racket and scoring all relate to their various ages. We want to equip them with the soundest foundation possible, one that will let them reach their fullest potential should they want to continue to develop as tennis players and athletes.

Age 11 - 13 yearsIntermediate Level II

Students at this level establish their own unique style to the game. They will not only enhance their strengths, but will improve their weaknesses to become a well-rounded player. Players will learn how to win a point and will begin to understand how to gauge opponents and apply strategies accordingly.

In a nutshell
We offer the same instructional skills and drills format as many of the components of the Advanced Training Program, such as strength and conditioning and performance enhancement training, while allowing them to transition into mature young adults.
Students who are just getting introduced to the game will be given a clear understanding of basics such as grips, footwork, stance and follow through. We will make sure they have mastered each step and stage to perfection only then will we even move then to the next level. We are very particular about perfection and will make sure every student excels and will perform to their best.

1. Thorough understanding of basics
2. Make sure your techniques related to Forehand, Backhand, Volley, Overhead and serve is perfect
3. Practice lot of drills to master each stroke
4. Strength and stamina building drills

In a nutshell
Students at this level will interact and play with other kids at their age level .They will be trained and our goal is to make them tournament ready. Students will go through lot of drills for strength and stamina building.

Teen Advanced Level

If you have already learnt the basics and have played in the past and are looking for someone to help you at tournament levels , we would be more than willing to assess your strength/weakness and accordingly train you and make you tournament ready.

In a nutshell
You will be at an advanced level where you will be in a position to correct yourself and others around you. You would be spending most of your time on drills and strategies for practice and match play.

ADULT COACHING

We are aware that you have a busy schedule at work or have a family at home. That is why we want to make staying fit and having fun more convenient and affordable. More adults are taking tennis classes for physical and mental fitness. Don’t worry if you have never played tennis. It is never too late to learn a sport and our program is designed keeping you in mind. It will be a fun way to learn and enjoy this wonderful sport.
Beginner -If you have never played tennis before or have only played a few times

Improver -If you have been playing for a year or 2 and have had some coaching already

Intermediate - If you have been playing regularly for several years and could play in club level teams

Advanced - If you are a higher level club team player and / or regular tournament player
